Vows: Oklahoma Officiating Services elopements are personal and easy with plenty of memories to last forever! These ceremonies can be either civil or religious.  Full-Service or Kiss-and-Go ceremonies are offered seven days a week with your choice of two different FREE local venues in Coweta, Oklahoma. I am also willing to travel to the location of your choice, within reason, for an additional travel fee; there are tons of free elopement locations in and around Tulsa to suit your taste. You will need: two witnesses over the age of 18, everyone's valid photo identification, and your Oklahoma marriage license.
